Adobe InDesign Introduction
The Adobe InDesign Introduction course gives you the skills needed to put together layouts for magazines, flyers etc. The Adobe InDesign Introduction course can be put together with the Adobe PhotoShop Introduction or Adobe PhotoShop Advanced depending on delegate skill level. This combination gives you control over both graphics and layout.
Adobe InDesign Advanced
The Adobe InDesign AdvancedCourse continues on from Adobe InDesign Introduction Course. Experienced InDesign Users will benefit from this course which concentrates on long document handling. Master page, numbering/sections, TOC’s, Indexing etc.
Dreamweaver
This Introduction to Dreamweaver course gives delegates with little or no experience of professional web building software such as Dreamweaver the skills to build a website from scratch. A fun course that includes animation, timelines, behaviours and in Dreamweaver CS3 , the latest version, we look at widgets.
DTP for Communication
This DTP for Communication course lets you hit the ground jumping – not only does it show you how to use software such as InDesign or QuarkXpress but also looks at communicating using clear typefaces. Colour and graphic issues -
PhotoShop Introduction
In this Introduction to PhotoShop course you learn how to use PhotoShops many tools especially for selecting items. Add a different face to a picture, air brush a picture, change hair colour. Create digital artwork from scratch – learn how basic layers function.
PhotoShop Intermediate / Advanced
Learn some of PhotoShops most beautiful functions in this PhotoShop Intermediate / Advanced course. Use layer masks to paint different transparency effects on multiple layers, fill the map of Australia with beaches and surf using clipping masks. Paint delicate colours onto roses using a combination of filters and brushes in this PhotoShop course.
QuarkXPress Introduction
Now about to be released as Version 8 the introduction to QuarkXPress course offers a day of depth. Learn how to create business stationery, poster layouts, newsletters. Spend a day learning QuarkXPress and you will pay for another ‘design expert’ or buy corporate Xmas cards ever again.
QuarkXPress Advanced
QuarkXPress is for power users everywhere – learn how to create a TOC, generate an Index, create style sheets. This course gives you the ability to use Quark to speed up your work, set corporate guidelines and generally gain control over corporate workflows.
Self publish a book
With nearly a decade writing for a well known writing magazine our trainer possesses a unique insight into the technological problems encountered by writers. Writing a book is one thing but laying it out quite another. After this course the text layout will look stunning and consistent, your graphics crisp and professional.
