Open QuarkXpress files in InDesign
Opening old Quark files in InDesign can be done but quite often not without problems.
Use additional software such as the plugin Q2ID v3 (QuarkXPress to Adobe InDesign) available to purchase from http://www.markzware.com/q2id/
Once installed Q2ID makes the conversion quickly and easily.
The latest version (V3) allows any Quark version file to be converted using Adobe InDesign CS, CS2 or CS3. For small design companies or freelance creatives it is a smooth all in one conversion solution.
