InDesign Shortcut Keys for tracking kerning and leading
Hold down (MAC) OPT (PC) ALT and use arrow keys.
Select a block of text and use the same keystrokes to adjust the leading (vertical distance between paragraphs)
With cursor positioned between two characters use the left or right keys for kerning whilst holding down relevant key.
