Remove local formatting quickly
When training InDesign styles a question frequently asked is:
What are the plus signs on the style names?
It means that some attributes that have been applied to the text are actually overriding the paragraph style itself.
To quickly remove this:
Press (PC) Alt or press (MAC) Alt when applying a quick apply style.

Switch windows fast
PhotoShop’s workspace quickly becomes messy when working with multiple documents.
Keep all windows maximised but press
(PC) Control + Tab
(MAC) Command + Tab
to cycle through them FAST!!!

Export to JPEG
The quickest way to convert an InDesign document to a JPEG (or other file format for that matter) is to go to:
File menu> Export
(or press (PC) Control + E (MAC) Command + E)
Name the document
Click on the downward facing arrow next to ‘Save as Type’
Choose ‘JPEG’ as the file extension
