Many users believe that unless they use the History palette in PhotoShop then only one undo is available (Control + Z)
UH huh – not the case!!!!
To do a multiple undo in PhotoShop simply press the following keys
(PC) Control + Alt + Z
(MAC) Command + Alt + Z

Press I to activate the Eyedropper tool on PhotoShops tools palette
Click on the required colour in the image
This will become the ‘Foreground’ colour
To make a ‘Background’ colour press the ALT key and follow the same process outlined above.

Go to Image menu> Adjustments> Hue and Saturation
OR for those who like keyboard shortcuts press
(PC) Control + U (MAC) Command + U to open the Hue & Slider box
